Persimmon is a small space, and we’re a tapas-style kitchen. Keeping online reservations to 6 helps us protect the flow of service, food timing, and the experience for everyone in the room. We have three different sections for you to enjoy us.

Under the Tiger
When you walk into Persimmon, the first thing you’ll see is our gorgeous tiger watching over the room. Just beneath it are three cozy two-top tables, perfect for couples or small parties looking for an intimate dining experience.
This area sits right at the heart of Persimmon, offering a front-row seat to the energy of the space while still feeling warm and relaxed. Ideal for 1–2 guests, with reservations available online.

Our upstairs dining area features traditional table seating with five tables of four, comfortably seating up to 20 guests. But if your style is sitting and standing we can fit up to 30 people Bathed in beautiful natural light, this space has a fun, lively atmosphere that feels open and welcoming while still intimate enough for conversation.
It’s ideal for group dinners, celebrations, and gatherings that want a classic table experience with the energy of Persimmon around them. Reservations for larger groups are coordinated directly with our team to ensure the best flow of service and timing.
Cozy Lounge
(Downstairs)
Tucked away downstairs, our cozy lounge is an intimate space designed for slower moments, shared plates, and good conversation. With soft lighting and a relaxed, living-room feel, it’s perfect for small gatherings that want to feel a little more private while still connected to the energy of Persimmon.
The lounge comfortably seats 12–15 guests and works beautifully for birthdays, small celebrations, or casual group dinners. Because of the size and layout, reservations for the lounge are arranged directly with us to ensure the best flow of food and service.

Whether you are planning an intimate afternoon celebration or a lively evening gathering, our multi-level space right here in Fort Collins is designed to bring people together in a warm, welcoming environment.
We specialize in hosting standing, cocktail-style events for groups of up to 50 guests. Because remaining an accessible neighborhood spot for our everyday community is incredibly important to us, we dedicate our private event bookings to Wednesdays through Fridays, with select availability on Saturdays… but we are always open to hear your ideas.
